The current leadership team at Watercrest has a wide range of experience in different aspects of the industry. The team includes an Admissions Director, Executive Director, Director of Sales, and Director of Community Relations. The team also has a Senior Director of Activities and an Activity Coordinator. The team's education histories include a degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Ohio University and a degree in Graphic Design from Virginia Marti College of Art and Design.
