Harry Griffin

Harry joined the team in September 2020 after previously being employed by the Greendale group as Assistant Harbour Master at Exmouth Marina since 2015. He’s worked in the maritime industry for most of his life, starting out on the local passenger boats at an early age. Harry holds various professional marine qualifications from both the MCA and RYA, including membership of professional marine bodies. Harry oversees the compliance and operations of the Waterdance fleet including project management of major refits and supporting the delivery of new builds, health and safety across the fleet and liaising with key stakeholders and outside agencies.
