Sebastian Heinrich

Sebastian Heinrich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sebastian started their career at Pfizer Manufacturing Deutschland GmbH in 2011, where they served as a Management Trainee before progressing to roles such as Manager Portfolio & Business Development and Customer Service Team Lead. In 2014, they joined R-Pharm Germany GmbH, initially as a Manager Sales & Customer Service and later transitioning to Manager Business Development, focusing on Pharma Transfer Projects. Their most recent position with R-Pharm Germany GmbH was as Manager Business Development/Pharma Transfer Projects. Since 2019, Sebastian has been working at waterdrop®. Sebastian first joined as SR Production Manager and steadily progressed to roles such as Head of Business Operations and Head of R&D and Business Operations. Currently, they hold the positions of Geschäftsführer Waterdrop Production Group and Chief Supply Chain Officer at waterdrop®.

Sebastian Heinrich received their education from various institutions. Sebastian completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Center for Postgraduate and Professional Studies - University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm between 2014 and 2016. During their time there, they studied subjects including General Management, Accounting, Finance and Controlling, Business Processes Management, and International Aspects of Business.
