Susanne Begusch

Susanne Begusch has a diverse work experience across various companies and industries. In their current role as the E-Commerce Marketplace Expansion Manager at waterdrop®, they are responsible for developing the entire marketplace business on platforms such as Amazon, walmart.com, Otto, Galaxus, bol.com, and Kaufland.

Prior to this, Susanne co-founded FragMichi in 2021, where they are still involved. Susanne also worked at XXXLdigital as the Teamlead Master Data and Supplier Management, where they focused on industrializing the process of creating new articles, managing stakeholders, and building a remote team for data maintenance and enhancement.

Susanne gained experience in supporting the VP of E-Commerce and Digital Transformation at XXXLutz Österreich from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they assisted in sales operations for the company's online shops in Austria and Germany, prepared documents and presentations, and contributed to operational processes.

Earlier in their career, Susanne worked as a Customer Service Project Manager at Vienna Communications Consulting GmbH, where they collaborated with the local government and housing authorities to improve customer communication and internal processes. Susanne also had roles at Cotton Classics Handels GmbH, Albrecht Software Consulting GmbH, ECN Entrepreneurship Center Network, and Excellenz.

Susanne Begusch has a diverse education history. Susanne obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from the years 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they had the opportunity to attend the Texas McCombs School of Business for a Global Business Leadership Institute program. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management for SME at IMC Krems from 2015 to 2017. Susanne then furthered their studies at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt from 2017 to 2019, where they earned their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Eco-Design (Product Development and Design). Before their university studies, Susanne had a foundation in Engineering and Information Technologies, as they obtained a University-Entrance Diploma in that field from Hohere Technische Bundeslehranstalt Mossingerstrasse between 2004 and 2009. Additionally, they have some certifications, including being recognized as a Top 10 Contestant in the Future Founders Challenge of 2016 by Rudolf Sallinger Fonds and obtaining an IELTS 6.5 certification from the British Council.
