Akira Oliver

Akira Oliver has a diverse work experience beginning with their role as a Sales Development Representative at Waterfall Security Solutions since 2023. Prior to that, Akira completed an intensive online three-month course in technology sales development at CourseCareers from December 2022 to March 2023. During this course, they learned the basics of sales development and read books such as "How to Win Friends and Influence People", "Fanatical Prospecting", and "SPIN Selling". Before transitioning into sales, Akira worked as a Medical Assistant at Sentara Healthcare from November 2021 to February 2023. In this role, they maintained organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, answered calls, and provided excellent customer service to patients.

Akira Oliver attended Old Dominion University from 2017 to 2021 and completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. In 2022, Akira enrolled in CourseCareers to pursue a Sales Development Specialization.
