Courtney Egelhoff Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Courtney started their career at AXA France as a Project Manager from February 2003 to March 2004. Courtney then worked at BearingPoint as a Consultant, where they excelled in project management and strategic planning from July 2006 to January 2008. At KPMG, they held the positions of Senior Associate and Senior Advisor from January 2008 to July 2012, where they led strategic operational planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Afterward, they worked as a Financial Consultant at ORBmedia from August 2012 to December 2012. From February 2013 to May 2013, they were a Consultant at MilaXAG – Strategic Advisory, contributing their expertise in consulting. Courtney then joined Spark New Zealand as a Strategy Manager - WiFi Spark Ventures from June 2013 to March 2014, where they focused on managing strategies related to WiFi ventures. Most recently, they have been working at Waterfall Security Solutions Ltd since May 2016 in the Cyber Security Policy role.

Courtney Egelhoff Schneider attended Jesuit High School for their high school education. Courtney then went on to enroll at Harvard University from 1996 to 2000, earning an A.B. degree in Romance Languages. After that, they pursued further studies at Middlebury College from 2002 to 2003, completing a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in French Studies with a focus on commerce. Lastly, they attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration.
