Ron Gilad

Ron Gilad has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Ron started their career in 1987 at Telrad Networks, where they worked as a Team Leader in the ISDN Engineering department, developing ISDN access products. In 1999, they joined ECI Telecom as a System Engineer, participating in the development of the Hi-TV product.

In 2003, they joined Flexlight Networks as the Director of Testing & Integration, managing a testing team and performing various testing tasks. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Marvell Israel Ltd., first as an Automated Testing Services Manager and later as a Senior Project Analyst/SW Project Management. During this time, they managed multiple testing teams and large-scale software development projects.

In 2014, they joined PulmOne Advanced Medical Devices Ltd as the Verification & Validation Director, responsible for the product's verification and validation, as well as managing the testing team and lab.

From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Alvarion Technologies as a QA Manager, and since 2018, they have held the same position at Waterfall Security Solutions.

Ron Gilad completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1980 to 1984. Ron then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the Extension of Derby University in England. The specific years of their MBA program are not provided.
