Prashant Jain

Prashant Jain's work experience began in 1994 with multiple roles at Times of India, Worldcom, and Aptech. Prashant then worked as a Branch Manager at Kelly Services from 2003 to 2003, where they led a delivery team and was responsible for the branch's P&L. Following that, they founded Myndcentre Consulting in 2003, a full-service executive firm specializing in the BFSI sector. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Associate Vice President at Network18 Media & Investments Limited. Prashant served as the COO of Sezal Entertainment & Media from 2011 to 2014. Prashant founded Goldengreens Agro in 2014, where they served as the Founder & COO, building a successful dairy and poultry venture. In 2018, they joined Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd as a General Manager and Practice Head for BFSI. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director - Talent Acquisition at Waterfield Advisors.

Prashant Jain obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. Prashant attended the college from 1988 to 1994.
