Randy Lafaive

Randy LaFaive serves as the National Accounts Sales Manager at WaterFleet, LLC, specializing in construction and industrial projects since February 2023. Prior roles include Director of Advanced Manufacturing & Technology Business Line and Senior Manager of Business Development at AMECO from July 2018 to February 2023. Randy also held the position of Heavy Equipment Industrial Region Manager at United Rentals from December 2006 to July 2018, overseeing heavy equipment operations and sales in the Gulf Coast area. Additionally, Randy managed a branch at Neff Rental during the same timeframe. Randy LaFaive holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Winona State University, completed between 1993 and 1995.
