Lori Pugh

Lori Pugh, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Waterford.org since July 2019, while also acting as Owner and Professional Life Coach at Lori Pugh Life Coaching since June 2021. Lori has extensive experience in human resources, having held the position of Senior Director Human Resources at Deseret Digital Media from September 2011 to July 2019, and previously at Deseret Digital Media and the Deseret News from September 2011 to October 2018. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Director, Contract Administration Manager, Corporate Marketing Manager, and Trainer at iBAHN from January 2000 to September 2011, and Executive Administrator at Philips Digital Video Systems from April 1995 to January 2000. Lori began a professional path in education, earning a BS in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University (1986-1991) and later a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah (2005-2007).
