Chris Chrisafides

Chris Chrisafides has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Chris is currently serving as an Industry Advisor at Renovo Capital, LLC, an Outside Director and Board Chair at The Rubber Group, and an Outside Director at Teel Plastics, Waterfront Brands, 80/20 Inc., and Yale Cordage. Previously, they were a Member of the Board of Advisors at Chemline Inc. and held several leadership positions at Leggett & Platt, including Corporate Vice President and President of Elite Comfort Solutions. Before that, they were the President and Chief Executive Officer of Elite Comfort Solutions LLC, where they successfully grew and sold the company. Chris also has a background with Dow, where they held roles such as Commercial Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing Director, and Director of Pricing Excellence, leading and driving strategic direction, growth, and profitability for the company's polyurethanes business.

Chris Chrisafides attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1983 to 1988, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, from 1991 to 1993, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Management from the same university.
