Jeremy Cole

Jeremy Cole currently serves as Principal at Waterfront Capital Group, LLC and Green Street Partners LLC since July 2024. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Managing Partner and COO at COMVEST Properties, LLC, and COO at LifeCare Properties, LLC, overseeing senior living portfolios and driving strategic initiatives. As CEO of Blake Management Group from August 2013 to August 2020, Jeremy managed a vast organization, expanding community operations across several states and ensuring operational excellence. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Accenture, where Jeremy contributed to large-scale system integrations and strategic leadership for major firms including Marriott International and UPS. Educational qualifications include a degree from Harvard University in Real Estate Development and an MBA in Finance from Sullivan University.
