Michael Armes

Michael Armes has extensive experience in the culinary industry, serving in various leadership roles from April 1997 to May 2022. Notably, Michael held positions as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at Hound Ears Club from April 2015 to May 2022, and as Chef De Cuisine at Hound Ears Club Inc. from April 2012 to April 2015. Prior roles include Sous Chef at Artisanal restaurant from April 2009 to October 2011 and at Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar from October 1997 to January 1999. Michael is currently pursuing a degree at Johnson and Wales University, with studies starting in 1996.
