David Abernathy

David Abernathy is an experienced business manager currently serving as the Business Manager for Waterfront Properties & Club Communities, the leading luxury real estate firm in Northern Palm Beach and Martin Counties since November 2007. David Abernathy also holds the role of Corporate Board Member for the Miami Association of Realtors as of October 2023 and previously served as President of the JTHS Council of the Miami Association of Realtors and a Corporate Board Member for two years. David Abernathy founded Ocean 30 Marketing Group to support real estate professionals through innovative marketing strategies and lead generation. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at Wachovia and holding senior management positions at NISYS and Renaissance Inc., focusing on financial services and charitable trusts. David Abernathy's academic foundation includes education from Purdue University.
