Job Overview
The Territory Manager drives sales growth through development and engagement activities inside an assigned market. Market development activities will include increasing demand and consumer awareness thru marketing, networking and education. This effort includes resourcing and participating in trade shows, home shows, workshops and various local organizations and associations (HBA, AIA, HVAC). Dealer and Distributor development is accomplished through influence, training and accountability. This development will include increasing mindshare, retail sales experience and technical competency. This position also requires consistent engagement with Dealers, Distributors and trade allies to introduce products, programs, and promotions.
