Will Lange

Will Lange has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Will began their career as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1984 to 1994. Will then joined Trane, where they held positions as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Six Sigma Blackbelt, implementing efficiency improvements and increasing output. After that, Lange worked at Ingersoll Rand Residential Solutions as a Product/Portfolio Manager, overseeing various HVAC product categories and achieving significant market share growth. Will then joined Shearer Supply, Inc. as a Territory Sales Manager, focusing on light commercial, geothermal, and inverter systems. Currently, Lange is associated with WaterFurnace International, where they have held leadership roles such as Director of Distributor Sales and Utility Development, Director of Utility Marketing, and Director of Market Development.

Will Lange attended the US Coast Guard Academy from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
