Mike Stueve has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Mike began their career in 1999 as a DSL Manager at AT&T. In 2000, they moved to OmniSky as a Senior Support Engineer. In 2002, they joined EarthLink, Inc. as a Senior Support Engineer. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Senior Manager of Technical Support at Helio LLC. In 2008, they moved to Virgin Mobile as the Senior Manager of Technical Support. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Project/Program Manager III at Sprint Nextel. In 2021, they became the Head of Customer Success at WaterGuru, an IoT Smart Pool monitor and pool water analyzer in Silicon Valley. In their current role, they oversee Customer and Technical Support utilizing an outsourced call center in the Philippines, and authors all Help Article content for the WaterGuru Support website.
Mike Stueve obtained their Project Management Professional Certification from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2016-2017. Mike also holds a BA in Spanish Language, Education from Cleveland State University. Mike Stueve also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
