Richard Clark has a diverse work experience related to environmental and regulatory affairs. Richard is currently the Director of Environmental and Regulatory Affairs at WaterIQ Technologies. Prior to this, they worked at the State of Florida Department of Health as an Environmental Consultant, where they performed complex toxicological health risk evaluations and provided expert assistance in responding to Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) and other toxic hazards. Richard also served as a Program Consultant for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and managed pilot projects for treating HepC co-infected patients. Before that, Richard worked at the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, where they held various roles including Biological Administrator and Biological Scientist, responsible for aquatic plant management, database maintenance, research coordination, and strategic planning. Overall, Richard has extensive experience in environmental health, toxicology, and program management.

Richard Clark obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Biology, General from Chipola College in 1992. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Troy University, completing it in 1994. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Biology, General from the University of South Alabama in 1998.
