Jeffrey Grell has extensive experience in education and community service, currently serving as a Board Member for the NAACP in Black Hawk County since December 2014, and as a Substitute Teacher for the Waterloo Community School District since April 2014. Additionally, Jeffrey Grell works as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at EPI, also starting in April 2014. Prior to these roles, a long career was spent as a Probation/Parole Officer III at the First Judicial District Department of Correctional Services from April 1979 until retirement in March 2014. Jeffrey Grell has been recognized as a concerned active citizen through involvement with IAP from 1979 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology Education from the University of South Dakota (1975-1978) and an Associate of Arts Degree from Iowa Central Community College (1973-1975).
