Abby S.

Abby S. is an experienced volunteer coordinator and event professional, currently serving as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Greenway since April 2023, where management of over 300 volunteers and guest services during concerts and community events is a primary responsibility. Abby S. has also held various roles at SXSW, including Shift Lead and Event Volunteer, assisting hundreds of thousands of attendees. Additional experience includes coordinating events at Forefront's Trail of Lights, serving as a Local VIP Assistant for high-profile concerts, and engaging in music industry networking through the Fan To Band program. Abby S. has completed internships in social media and fan relations, contributing to the marketing and outreach efforts for several organizations within the entertainment sector. Education culminated in a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio in May 2022.
