Emily Maw

Emily Maw has extensive experience in education and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Occasional Teacher with the Waterloo Region District School Board since September 2020, Emily also tutors for Prep Academy Tutors and has been a part-time Housewares Associate at Tweed & Hickory since 2005, where responsibilities included store setup, customer assistance, and cash management. Prior to these roles, Emily held positions including Residence Office Associate at Nipissing University, Sales Associate at Collins Formal Wear, and Warehouse Worker at Systematic Fluid Power. Academically, Emily Maw holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and a B.A. with honors in Child and Family Studies from Nipissing University, an ECE diploma from Conestoga College, and a high school degree in Music, showcasing a solid foundation in both education and child development.
