Mark Terndrup

Mark Terndrup is Managing Director of Waterman Building Services South.

He is an accomplished leader and Chartered Engineer with 30 years’ experience as a Building Services Consultant. He is known for taking a lead role in many of the company’s multidisciplinary projects, including the well-known Angel Court development in London. Mark’s extensive portfolio includes prestigious landmark buildings such as Fen Court, The Avenue, Jersey International Finance Centre, 8 Moorgate, Kings Cross T1 & P1, The Clarges Estate and 6 Bevis Marks.

Mark actively promotes sustainable design as part of a holistic approach to building design. With a passion for zero carbon strategies, he maintains a ‘hands on’ role in the business with specialisms in the commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new build sectors, as well as large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes.
