Niall Fleming

Niall Fleming is an experienced Associate Director and Principal Engineer at Waterman Group since November 2016, with a progression through various engineering roles within the company. Prior to this, Niall worked as a Construction Laborer at Project Group Construction, focusing on material procurement and site organization. Niall gained experience as an Undergraduate Engineer at ITM Ltd, where responsibilities included preparation of documentation, risk assessments, and monitoring equipment design for the Crossrail project. Earlier roles included Assistant Surveyor at Network Mapping, specializing in coastal monitoring, and Labourer at family business D&S Fleming, which involved site management and client relations. Niall holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2014.
