Philip Barnes is a mechanical engineer who has worked in the field for over 20 years. Philip began their career at Bates Smart McCutcheon Engineering in 1980, where they worked for eight years as a mechanical engineer. In January 1989, they joined Building Design Partnership, where they worked for three years as a mechanical engineer. In December 1991, they were appointed Director of Waterman, where they have worked for the past 25 years.
