Stephen Henry

Stephen Henry is an Associate Director at Waterman Group since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in engineering and flood management. Prior roles include Principal Engineer and Flooding Business Unit Lead at BMT from August 2018 to January 2023, as well as various engineering positions at BuroHappold Engineering from December 2012 to July 2018, including Senior Engineer and Graduate Engineer. Stephen also held a position as a Graduate Structural Engineer at Alan Baxter and Associates for a brief period in late 2012, and worked as a Security Operative at G4S prior. Educational accomplishments include a Meng in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol, achieved with a 2:1 from 2008 to 2012. Prior to university, education was completed at Bancroft's School from 2000 to 2007.
