Tun Shin Chang

Tun Shin Chang is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as Associate Director and Principal Engineer/Project Manager at Waterman Group since March 2013, Tun Shin Chang has established project governance and quality assurance processes, managed project development, and provided budget oversight. Previously, as Senior Engineer/Project Manager at URS from 2008 to February 2013, responsibilities included managing design aspects of schemes, budget monitoring, and leading design teams for highway and civil structures. Earlier roles at URS Corporation and other firms contributed to a solid foundation in engineering, beginning with an educational background from the University of Portsmouth.
