Heathe Haseltine Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Heathe Haseltine started their career in 1982, working with multiple companies such as MCM, Crafton, Pentagram, Corporate Graphics, McCann Direct, Graphic Expression, and Seri-Arts as a Production/Project Manager and Account Executive until 1992. During this time, they also worked as an Estimator and Customer Service representative at Crafton Graphics, Inc. from 1986 to 1988. In 1993, they joined Curran & Connors, Inc. as a Regional Manager, where they stayed until 2014. In 2003, they became a Volunteer Board Member and Board Secretary at the Longmont Humane Society, and served until 2012. In 2010, they became the Vice President and Membership Chair at the National Investor Relations Institute - Rocky Mountain Chapter. Additionally, they volunteered at the Longmont Community Justice Partnership from 2012 to 2013. Finally, in 2014, they joined Watermark as the Director.

Heath Haseltine Cooper has a background in Art History, specifically in the fields of History of Architecture and Advertising, 17th Century Dutch, 18th Century British, and 19th Century American Masters. It is not specified when or if they completed a degree at Syracuse University. Before attending college, they attended Shaker Heights High School and Laurel School.
