Emily Mayer

Emily Mayer is a seasoned Senior Product Manager at Watermark, with a career spanning over a decade in product management and implementation roles since joining the company in July 2011. Currently, Emily oversees feature development for the Planning & Self-Study Product, collaborates with remote cross-functional teams in India, and focuses on user engagement to inform product prioritization. Previous responsibilities include leading the launch of the Program Review module and providing high-level customer service as an Implementation Consultant. Emily's earlier roles include support and coordination positions in the film industry and media production, complemented by a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a Bachelor's degree in Film Studies and Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
