Jennifer Jamar

Jennifer Jamar has over 18 years of experience in various roles related to revenue operations, sales operations, and financial analysis. Jennifer is currently working as the Director of Revenue Operations at Watermark since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Sales Operations at Community Brands from 2020 to 2022 and Americas Sales Operations Director at Saba Software in 2020. Jennifer also worked at Social Solutions as a Sales Operations professional from 2018 to 2020, where they acted as a problem solver and thought partner for the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and managed day-to-day Sales Operations. Jennifer developed strategic deal review processes and served as a liaison between sales, finance, HR, and other stakeholders.

Before joining Social Solutions, Jennifer worked at Macmillan New Ventures & Higher Education as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they unified seven startup companies into one organization and streamlined sales operations. Jennifer also led a project to merge complex data from multiple sources into analytical reports and dashboards.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at OpenSymmetry as a Senior Configuration Consultant, where they implemented sales compensation software and tailored tools and processes to meet client's sales strategies. Jennifer also gained experience at Dell as a Senior Analysis Advisor, where they created sales plans, aligned resources, and served as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Jennifer started their career at Abbott Spine, where they participated in a leadership rotation program and provided business analysis and support for sales, finance, and operations. Jennifer also implemented best practices and standardized processes between international facilities.

Jennifer's expertise lies in revenue operations, sales operations, strategic deal reviews, sales planning, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Jennifer Jamar obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Texas State University between 1998 and 2003. Jennifer further pursued their education at the same institution and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from 2004 to 2006.
