Lance Drs

Lance Drs is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing within the senior living and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Creative Services Manager at Watermark Retirement Communities since December 2020, Lance leads a team of 25 creative professionals to develop and implement brand standards while overseeing the production of marketing materials for 75 senior living communities. Prior to this role, Lance held various positions at CDW from 1998 to 2020, including Manager of Creative Operations and Manager of Creative Production, where responsibilities included ensuring brand consistency and leading creative teams in producing diverse marketing collateral. Beginning a career in graphic design at J.F. Wagner Printing and Din & Pangrazio, Lance possesses a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 1991.
