Santos Aguirre

Santos Aguirre has a diverse work experience, starting with an upcoming role as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Waterplan. Prior to that, they worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Accenture, where they assisted a US Utility company in their decarbonization efforts and developed a digital supply chain management tool for the fashion industry. Santos also conducted research on an offsets marketplace for a US drug wholesale company. Before that, Santos worked at BTS as a Management Consultant, where they successfully developed and deployed gamified business strategy simulations for a major mining company. Santos also facilitated workshops on business strategy and change management for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, they served as a Project Manager at the Buenos Aires City Government, where they contributed to the development of the city's Carbon Neutral Plan and managed pilot tests for clean technologies. Santos's earliest work experience was as an Environmental Intern at Monsanto Company, where they played a key role in establishing Sustainability KPIs and participated in monitoring campaigns for environmental indicators. Overall, Santos has a strong background in sustainability, strategy consulting, project management, and environmental analysis.

Santos Aguirre completed their Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree in Environmental Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 2012 to 2018. In 2019, they pursued a Postgraduate Course in Project Evaluation from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. In 2022, Santos attended the PROGRAMA FORMACION LIDERES ENERGETICOS to complete the Energy Leaders Program, specializing in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law.
