Sara Karlen Lacombe

Sara Karlen (Lacombe) is the Founder of Minding the Gap Coaching, LLC, a leadership and career coaching and consulting practice focused on empowering high achieving adults through professional transitions. With a background in human capital strategy, talent management, and leadership coaching from various companies such as Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers, Sara brings a wealth of experience to their coaching practice. Sara holds a B.A. in History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and has also completed a certificate program in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
