Nathalie Martins

Nathalie Martins has over 16 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Principal HR Change & Enablement at Waters Corporation since September 2007. Nathalie has led the HR Excellence Programme for EU Operations using a Lean Management Approach and has been involved in global HRIS projects, including successful implementations and optimizations of various recruitment platforms. Previous roles include HR Business Analyst at Elior and an internship focused on social reporting at Air France. Nathalie holds a Master's degree in Social Management Control from Paris-Sud University, along with additional qualifications in project management and human resources from various institutions.
