Dennis Segeren

Dennis Segeren is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Design and Execution at Waterschap Aa en Maas since October 2025, overseeing a team of approximately 45 FTE focused on complex civil works and water treatment installations. Previously, Dennis held the position of Senior Manager Service Operations at Vanderlande for nine years, managing a multidisciplinary team responsible for executing substantial projects and leading the global Lifecycle Projects Change & Control Board. Additional roles include Group Leader Service Projects at Vanderlande, Project Manager at BAM Bouw en Techniek, and Project Leader Services at Heijmans. Dennis began a career foundation with a Management Trainee program at Heijmans and gained international experience as an engineer in Dubai. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from Nyenrode Business University and a Master’s degree in Construction Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology.
