Jorin Aardoom

Jorin Aardoom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and innovation. Currently serving as Director Out of Home Benelux at DPD Nederland BV, Jorin is responsible for managing Pickup and Drop-off points across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg while focusing on expanding a sustainable last mile network. Additionally, Jorin holds the position of Project Manager Strategy & Development at Waterschap Aa en Maas, contributing to the governance as a fraction leader and board member. Previous roles include Managing Director and co-founder of Syneratio, a company dedicated to enhancing project management and innovation processes globally. Jorin’s background includes a Graduate Trainee position at Office Depot, board membership at Eindhoven University of Technology within the Master council for Operations Management and Logistics, and a leadership role in JOVD Eindhoven. Jorin holds a Master's Degree in Operations Management and Logistics and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology.
