Esther de Boer

Esther de Boer is an experienced inkoopadviseur at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest since September 2018, specializing in sustainable ground, road, and water construction. Previously, Esther served as a trainee inkoop at G.S.B.V. De Groene Uilen-Moestasj, where leadership responsibilities included guiding a student basketball association of 250 members.
