Mark van der Velde

Mark van der Velde is an experienced project leader with a diverse background in managing and implementing information systems across various organizations. Currently, Mark is leading the project for the replacement of the financial and procurement system at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest, focusing on process optimization and the implementation of AllSolutions. As the founder of IPAS GAMES, Mark is developing a Virtual Reality game for the Oculus Rift using Unreal Engine 4. Previous roles include project leadership in the creation of a new digital workplace for Gemeente Eemsdelta, ICT migration to cloud solutions at Het Drentse Landschap, and overseeing the migration of the NT2 state exam to a digital system at the College voor Toetsen en Examens. Mark also has experience optimizing financial and HR processes, as demonstrated in positions with CVO Leeuwarden and other educational and governmental organizations. Education was completed at the University of Groningen from 2003 to 2005.
