Dylan Gattey

Dylan Gattey has a diverse work experience in software engineering and management roles. Dylan started their career as a Freelance Designer/Developer, creating websites and apps for clients and even published two iOS apps. Dylan then worked at various companies, including LinkedIn as a Software Engineering Intern and later as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a significant role in developing LinkedIn Groups and improving the performance of LinkedIn Messenger. Dylan also worked at Jumpstart as a Director of Engineering, leading a team of 15 engineers and achieving diversity goals. Additionally, Dylan has experience as a Creative Technologist at Citizen, Inc., where they collaborated with designers and completed a data visualization product. Dylan also worked at Amigos de las Americas as a Project Supervisor, coordinating and leading community-led projects in Peru. Dylan's most recent role is as a Software Engineer at Watershed.

Dylan Gattey attended Lincoln High School from 2008 to 2012, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program. Following high school, they pursued higher education at Brown University from 2012 to 2016. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
