Charlie Hales

Charlie Hales has extensive work experience in the technology consulting field. Charlie started their career at Northern Rock as a Server Analyst in 2006. In 2009, they joined North Yorkshire County Council as a Senior Server Officer and later became a Technical Lead for Microsoft Migration. In 2013, Charlie joined Waterstons where they held multiple roles, including Executive Consultant, Head of Technology Consulting, and Regional Head for the North. In 2019, they were promoted to Managing Director at Waterstons Pty Ltd.

Charlie Hales completed their education history with a MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Liverpool in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained A-Levels from English Martyrs in 1999 and GCSE's from High Tunstall School, Hartlepool in 1997.
