Joanna Wright

Joanna Wright is an experienced consultant currently serving as a Freshservice Consultant at Waterstons since August 2021, where expertise in configuring IT Service Management tools and advising on best practices aligns with ITIL standards. Prior to this role, Joanna worked in software development during a university placement, contributing to creative solutions and client engagement. Experience also includes a longstanding position as a Farm Worker at John Wright Turkeys, enhancing commercial awareness, and a technology internship with Bright Network, which provided exposure to top tech employers. Additionally, Joanna gained valuable communication skills while working as a waitress at Zaika Restaurant. Joanna holds a BSc in Computer Science with Industrial Placement from Newcastle University, complemented by A Levels from Wilberforce College.
