Seth Mensah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Seth started their career as a Cashier at McDonald's Corporation in 2012. Seth then worked as a Caretaker at New Horizons North from December 2011 to January 2016. Following this, they served as an Overnight and Day Time Support Specialist at The Try Team Inc. and Aginzo Group from January 2012 to January 2016. Seth then worked as a Study Technician II at Covance from January 2016 to August 2017. Seth later joined American Packaging as an Ink Technician from August 2017 to August 2018. Seth then worked as a QC Analyst at Sensient Technologies Corporation from August 2018 to September 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Watertown Regional Medical Center from October 2019 onwards.

Seth Mensah has obtained an Associate's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician from Madison Area Technical College, which they attended from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Northland College from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences. In 2012, they also received a certification as a Nursing Assistant from Northwood Technical College. In 2007, they attended the University of Ghana, studying Biology, General. In terms of certifications, Seth obtained a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in September 2019 and a Wisconsin Nurse Aide certification from the Department of Health Services in September 2012.
