Tamara Hope

Tamara Hope is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in staffing and personnel management. Currently, Tamara serves as a Human Resources specialist at Waterview Nursing Care Center since August 2013, where responsibilities include planning and implementing HR programs and overseeing the recruitment process. Previously, Tamara worked at Highfield Gardens Care Center from March 2009 to August 2013 as a Human Resources/Staffing Coordinator, focusing on the recruitment and hiring of nursing personnel and facilitating new hire orientation. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida Metropolitan University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
