Chris Williams

Chris Williams has over 17 years of experience in quantity surveying, currently serving as Commercial Manager at Wates Group since June 2013, with previous roles including Senior and Project Quantity Surveyor and Quantity/Site Surveyor on projects such as the Coventry Increasing Pupil Places at Clifford Bridge Primary School. Prior to Wates Group, Chris worked at Balfour Beatty Construction from September 2006 to June 2013 as a Quantity Surveyor, undertaking roles from Trainee/Assistant QS on the £18 million Arthur Terry School project to various procurement efforts from the Birmingham office. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University, completed in 2011.
