David Wingfield

David Wingfield has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Wates Group since June 2005, with prior roles as Regional Director and Regional Commercial Director within the same organization. Before joining Wates Group, David held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor at M J Gleeson Group Limited from 2003 to 2005, and began a career in the sector as a Commercial Trainee/Assistant QS at Ballast Nedam from 1998 to 2003. David holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Quantity Surveying from The University of Manchester.
