Scott Tingley

Scott Tingley is an experienced grounds professional currently serving as the Lead Pitch Consultant for Udinese Calcio, overseeing the pitch at Dacia Arena since June 2021. Additionally, Scott has been the Grounds Manager at Watford Football Club since January 2016, where the team received recognition as the Premier League Grounds Team of the Year for 2017/2018 and the EFL Championship Grounds Team of the Year for 2020/21. Prior experience includes roles as Head Groundsman at Arsenal F.C. from May 2009 to February 2016, Senior Groundsman at Chelsea Football Club from January 2004 to May 2009, and various ground management positions earlier in Scott's career. Educationally, Scott holds a National Award Level 3 in Sports Turf from Merrist Wood College and an NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf from Capel Manor College, along with ongoing studies at Merrist Wood.
