Lucia Bilro

Lucia Bilro has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Lucia started their career in 2007 as a PhD student at the University of Aveiro's Department of Physics. In 2011, they began working as a Research Fellow at the Centro de Estudos do Ambiente e do Mar and an Assistant Professor at the Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo. In 2012, they took on the roles of Researcher and Post-doc Research Fellow at the Instituto de Telecomunicações, where they were also granted financial support by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded and became the CTO of WATGRID.

Lucia Bilro obtained their PhD in Physics from Universidade de Aveiro between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciatura in Physics from Universidade de Coimbra between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, they attended BGI, but no further information is available.
