Dhivya Sriram

Dhivya Sriram has a strong background in product management and engineering. Dhivya is currently working as a Staff Product Manager at WATI since March 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Shipping Tomorrow in 2019 and served as a Creator and Co-founder. Dhivya also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Observe.AI from December 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Freshworks Inc. (formerly Freshdesk) from June 2017 to December 2020. Dhivya started their career as a Lead Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute India from September 2013 to March 2016. Dhivya also worked as a Software Engineer at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd from July 2011 to August 2013.

Dhivya Sriram completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the Indian School of Business from 2016 to 2017.
