Swati Singha has a diverse work experience of over 12 years. Swati began their career in 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra. In 2015, they took a break from their professional career to become a 'Boss Mom'. In 2020, they joined AI Workspace as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Later that year, they joined WhiteHat Jr as a Program Manager, where they managed the teacher quality and performance improvement programs for the 10000+ teacher community. Swati also improved the learning adherence from an average of 60% to 80%. Currently, they are working as a Business Operations Associate at WATI since 2022.
