Vinisha Narain

Vinisha Narain has over nine years of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and people operations. Vinisha began their career in 2012 as a Consultant for Aquis Search, a boutique regional recruitment firm, where they were brought on board as a Research Associate. Vinisha was promoted to Consultant within the first quarter after joining upon successfully completing their very first contingent placement. In the same year, they joined Robert Walters as a Consultant for the Financial Services Division. In 2014, they moved to ALS International, a regional boutique recruitment firm, where they were responsible for recruiting Mid to Senior level Finance & Accounting roles across Professional Services, Financial Services and Industry/Commerce sectors. In 2016, they joined GRANA, a fashion e-commerce start-up, as an Assistant HR Manager, where they helped grow the team from 40 to 90 members across Hong Kong and New York. Vinisha then joined Typhoon Consulting, a firm that provides management consulting, program management and executive search services, to help develop the recruitment arm of the business. In 2017, they joined Lalamove as a People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead. Most recently, in 2021, they joined WATI.io as the People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager.

Vinisha Narain attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies.
