George Dyer is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Group Investment Director at Watkin Jones Group since August 2020, George Dyer oversees the Group’s Investment, Development, and Planning functions, along with leading divestment and asset management activities. Previous roles include Partner at Cushman & Wakefield focusing on Student Accommodation Investment, Head of UK - Investment Management at GSA, and various positions at Invesco Ltd. and Schroders, where expertise in real estate transactions and fund management was developed. George Dyer holds a BA in History and Politics from the University of York.
